Full fitting service

If required Aquaflames can provide you with the details of Installers who are experienced in fitting our products and are Gas Safe and Hetas registered. If chosen they will provide you with a survey to ensure the products you have ordered are fully suitable and that existing fluing, if being used, is adequate. 

At the point of sale our sales teams will provide you with an estimated fitting cost, subject to survey, on behalf of the fitters. At this survey meeting fitting prices will be confirmed and extra work, if any, will be priced up for agreement. Following this fitting dates will be discussed and agreed.

Any fitting works are a contract between you and the fitter. (The engineers certificates are on display in our showroom for your reference). The fitting engineer will provide you with the appropriate certificates for work done. Gas Safe can take 30 - 40 days and will arrive by post. Hetas certificates will be given on the day the work is completed.
